1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Full Plus Team provides software development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Digital marketing solutions
• AI and data analytics services

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

Each project will be defined by a separate agreement that includes:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights

3.2 Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional work may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Deposit payment may be required to start work
• Milestone payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Client retains ownership of their existing intellectual property
• New work product becomes client property upon full payment
• Full Plus Team retains rights to underlying technologies and frameworks
• Client grants permission to display work in our portfolio

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Project details and specifications
• Business information and trade secrets
• Client data and proprietary information
• Technical documentation and source code

7. Warranties and Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions or content

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for completed work
• We deliver completed work product
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Intellectual property rights are preserved

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
